How we handle what you share
// last updated 21 July 2026
This page explains what happens to the information you give the Content Gap Report tool. Plain language, no dark patterns.
Who we are
The data controller is Chapla Studio (Chapla EOOD, ЕИК 206047980), Sofia, Bulgaria. Questions or requests: hello@chapla.bg.
What we collect
- What you paste or upload — the website, social links, or files you choose to share.
- Public content we read — pages and posts from the links you give us, and from competitors we infer, all from publicly accessible sources.
- Your email address and consent — only if you ask us to send the full report, and only after you tick the consent box.
We do not ask for, and you should not paste, passwords, payment details, or other secrets. We do not scrape anything behind a login.
Why we use it
- To generate and deliver your report.
- To send you the report as a PDF, and — only with your consent — occasional content ideas from Chapla Studio.
- To improve the quality of the analysis over time.
Who processes it
To produce the report we use a small number of trusted services as processors: Apify (fetching public social/website content), Anthropic (the AI analysis), and our own chapla.bg mail server (sending the report). We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We retain submissions, the content we read, and generated reports as business records. You can ask us to delete your data at any time — email hello@chapla.bg and we'll remove it.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from emails at any time via the link in any message, or by replying to hello@chapla.bg.
- Access or deletion — request a copy of, or the removal of, your data by emailing us.
